We specialise in on-line and face-to-face coaching around wellbeing and resilience. On-line coaching is particularly pertinent during the period of the Covid-19 virus that has overturned society. We can particularly help you if you are experiencing anxiety or stress through home-working and also if you are still in the workplace.
On-line coaching is generally conducted via Zoom. Like face-to-face it consists of up to six sessions, which is what is required to complete the process of helping you to express your current situation, understand what is driving your behaviour, appreciate and manage your emotions, and then start the creative process of developing new goals that will take you onto another level in the management of wellbeing and resilience..
Clients are diverse, bringing their own particular challenges to the table. Our aim is to enable each client to positively focus on how they can resolve their situation, be it one at work; a desire to achieve something new; take forward change either at work or in their life; or perhaps something else.
You will be allocated a personal, qualified coach. Each coach is experienced, will listen carefully to your concerns and enable you through support and various activities to develop and achieve your goals.
